About the Board
Dayton Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors (DEDC) Board Members are appointed by the City Council and serve at the pleasure of the Council. Persons desiring to apply for the DEDC Board may complete this form or contact our office at 936-257-0055 or by email.
Typical terms of office are two years. Board members may be reappointed to subsequent terms and serve at the pleasure of the Dayton City Council. The Dayton City Council may remove or replace DEDC Board Members at any time with or without cause.
