M/I Homes, Meritage Homes purchase land for new Trinity Landing development in Dayton

Two homebuilders are planning a new residential community in Dayton after purchasing more than 300 acres along U.S. Highway 90 near the Grand Parkway.
M/I Homes and Meritage Homes recently closed on 309 acres for the development, which will be called Trinity Landing. The project is expected to include about 1,000 homes.
Plans for the neighborhood include homesites measuring 45, 50 and 60 feet wide. Home sales are expected to begin this summer.
